Raymond Bong is an aeronautical mechanic with a BSc in Business Administration and a Lead Auditor credential from Bsi®, certified by IRCA. He has extensive training in aircraft structures and systems, including Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 & 737-6/7/8/9 B1/B2 Type certificates for Engineers. With an eight-year aircraft maintenance career at SIA Engineering Company, he gained experience in heavy and line maintenance of various aircraft. In 2011, he joined SJAMCO (later renamed SAAS) as a line maintenance Supervisor, and he progressed to line maintenance Executive. In 2013, he became a Senior Quality Engineer and Technical Auditor at SilkAir, overseeing redeliveries of leased aircraft and coordinating technical audits. He also represented SilkAir during aircraft production duties at Boeing's Seattle, Washington, USA plant.

John Tee Chye Chew had a 45-year career in aircraft maintenance at SIA Engineering Company, starting in 1973. He held positions as an aircraft License Engineer for B747F, B747, B777, A319, and A320, and received technical training for these aircraft. He also earned certification as a Lead Auditor (IRCA). Throughout his career, he progressed through various roles, including Senior Foreman in 1985, overseeing Section 41 Modifications on the B747 program. From 1996 to 2002, he served as a Quality Engineer for B747, B747F, B777, A319, and A320 production. In 2002, he was promoted to Manager Quality, responsible for Airworthiness and conducting audits for compliance. In 2014, he became Compliance Manager for Part 145, overseeing SIAEP in Clark and APPC in Manila. In 2018, he was seconded to SIA Engineering (Philippines) as Director of Quality and Safety, where he managed relationships with aviation authorities and ensured regulatory compliance and quality standards.

With 6 years of experience at SilkAir Private Limited, Rayvee has successfully closed 6 aircraft sales and lease agreements, demonstrating excellent sales skills and business acumen. Additionally, Rayvee's hands-on approach includes preparing sales proposals, conducting inspections, and coordinating test flights.
